Bill Payment Options

For your convenience we offer the following payment options:

  1. Pre-Authorized Payment Plans (PAP) (Commercial and Large User-contact our office with regard to plans)

    Plan #1: Variable Payment Plan (exact billing amount)
    On the due date shown on your statement, the amount billed will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account. Billing statements will be sent to you as usual showing the readings and charges.

    Plan #2: Equal Billing Plan (EPP)
    Eleven equal monthly payments will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the payment date you have chosen (1st, 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th). Any difference (debit or credit) in the twelfth month will be settled up during the billing cycle (the date may differ from your regular date chosen). You will be kept informed of your actual consumption through regular statements.

  2. Financial Institutions - Please note: It may take up to 10 days to receive payment.

  3. Telephone and Internet Payments - Please note: Use all the digits of the account number (zeros included)

  4. Mail - Please make cheque payable to Greater Sudbury Hydro and write your account number on your cheque

  5. A deposit box is conveniently located at 500 Regent Street, Sudbury.

  6. Cashier at main office, 500 Regent Street, Sudbury

  7. E-post can be set up on your bank site to access statements and pay your bill. www.epost.ca
