Notice of Application and Hearing for Greater Sudbury Hydro Inc. 2009 Rate Application:
As per the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) requirements, Greater Sudbury Hydro Inc. has filed its annual rate application for rates to be effective May 1, 2009. The rates developed are based on guidelines established by the OEB. These filing requirements include adjustments for such things as inflation, transmission rate changes, recovery of provincially mandated smart metering costs.
